Q: What currency do you take?
All store prices are in AUD, currently accepted via PayPal and Stripe.
Q: Where are the rest of your products?
I gotta get some reprinted, some need to be finished and photographed and some other items are at my friends house so they'll be in future store updates.
Q: Where in the world are you located?
I'm based in Sydney, Australia! Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing and handling time, along with shipping time on top. It's just me over here, but I'll try my best to ship your order out in a timely fashion! :)
Q: I just want some digital items, do you have any of those?
I do!

Q: I can't find your Wilbur Pun stickers anywhere on the store! Where can I get them?
At this time, I'm keeping the hand cut stickers to conventions only.
Though they can be found over on my Redbubble now as well as some other works :)

Q: How will you know that it was ME who ordered from you if you only know me by my online handle?
Please put your handle in the checkout comments (along with any bundle choices) so I know it's you!
This is completely optional, but it'd super be rad know and I'll address the lil specialised thank you note accordingly! :D
Also if you have a preferred name that you'd like me to address the thank you note too, which may be different from the name used to ship your order, please put it here too! :)
Q: What's your refund/exchange policy?
All sales are final. so please choose carefully!
There are no returns, exchanges or cancellations, though if your order arrives damaged and/or missing items, please let me know as soon as possible!!
Please triple check your address and all other details, as once your order has been shipped, I am unable to adjust these details.
Shipping
Q: Is my order tracked?
All domestic orders include tracking.
All International orders are untracked unless the tracking shipping option is selected.
Q: How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be sent via email once orders have been dispatched, so please triple check the email you provide.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do! I currently ship via Australia Post for both domestic and international orders, but do have plans to shift companies that have lower international rates in future.
Though please be aware: All shipping costs provided online do not include any relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that it may incur.
Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery.
Please check with your country’s customs service prior to purchasing.
No reimbursement will be made on international duties and/or handling charges.
Q: What is the 'Small Letter' postage option?
The small letter postage option is for international orders who are only after a couple of stickers and do not need any fancy schmancy packaging.
This option is for small sticker orders only due to small letter shipping limitations of Australia Post.
This option does not include tracking, so please be aware once it leaves my posession, it is in the hands of Aus Post.
If any orders have this shipping option selected but contain items that would not fit within small letter shipping limitation, I will email you to see what adjustments we could do.

Q: How long will it usually take to receive my order?
Domestic (AUS): Average of 1 - 4 weeks from the shipment date depending on location. For your specific state click here!
International: Please check your countries average shipping time here!
Q: Can I ship to a Po Box?
Yep! :D I ship through Australia Post so Po Box is a-ok!
I will email you if any issues do arise though.
Q: If I purchase an item that is preorder, will it be sent with the rest of my order?
Yes! Your order may take slightly longer to ship out because of this. If you do not want this to occur, please create two seperate orders.

Colours may vary slightly from one screen to another, and screen to hand.
Please keep out of direct sunlight to avoid any discolouration or fading, unless that's what you're aiming for then go right ahead.
