Shipping Policy

Q: Is my order tracked?
All domestic orders include tracking.
All International orders are untracked unless the tracking shipping option is selected.

Q: How can I track my order?
Tracking numbers will be sent via email once orders have been dispatched, so please triple check the email you provide.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do! I currently ship via Australia Post for both domestic and international orders, but do have plans to shift companies that have lower international rates in future.

Though please be aware: All shipping costs provided online do not include any relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that it may incur.
Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery.

Please check with your country’s customs service prior to purchasing.
No reimbursement will be made on international duties and/or handling charges.

Q: What is the 'Small Letter' postage option?
The small letter postage option is for international orders who are only after a couple of stickers and do not need any fancy schmancy packaging.

This option is for small sticker orders only due to small letter shipping limitations of Australia Post.
This option does not include tracking, so please be aware once it leaves my posession, it is in the hands of Aus Post.

If any orders have this shipping option selected but contain items that would not fit within small letter shipping limitation, I will email you to see what adjustments we could do.

Q: How long will it usually take to receive my order?
Domestic (AUS): Average of 1 - 4 weeks from the shipment date depending on location. For your specific state click here!
International: Please check your countries average shipping time here!

Q: Can I ship to a Po Box?
Yep! :D I ship through Australia Post so Po Box is a-ok!
I will email you if any issues do arise though.

Q: If I purchase an item that is preorder, will it be sent with the rest of my order?Yes! Your order may take slightly longer to ship out because of this. If you do not want this to occur, please create two seperate orders.
